Mortgage Pre-Approval

Begin with a verified position.

In the seven-figure market, a written pre-approval letter or proof of funds is the price of entry. We will introduce you to vetted jumbo lenders who can issue documentation — quietly and quickly.

The Process

Three steps, typically 48–72 hours.

Pre-approval is not the same as pre-qualification. A pre-approval is a written commitment from a lender after verification of credit, income, assets, and employment. It is what sellers and listing agents expect to see.

Introduction

We make a warm introduction to one or more of our lending partners based on your situation — domestic, international, self-employed, or institutional.

— 02

Verification

Your lender confidentially verifies credit, income, and assets. For most clients, this is completed within two business days; complex situations may require additional documentation.

— 03

Letter Issued

You receive a written pre-approval letter for a specific loan amount and rate, valid for 60–90 days. We use it discreetly to unlock private showings.
